We were founded in 1994 as Town and Ranch and, since then, have built a reputation as one of Santa Fe’s top real estate agencies. Because of our customers’ trust and confidence in us, we’ve grown from 12 agents when our company was founded to 160+ real estate professionals today in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

In October 2004, we affiliated with Prudential Real Estate. Though we remain independently owned and operated, our connection with Prudential gives us and our customers a significant edge in the Central and Northern New Mexico real estate market.
Since Prudential Santa Fe and Sandia Real Estate was founded, we’ve been committed to taking customer service to the next level. And that’s meant change and growth. It’s a key component of our commitment to customers—the “edge” we provide to buyers and sellers.
When we affiliated with Prudential Real Estate, we provided what no other agency could: a link to a network, made up of more than 68,000 real estate professionals and 2,100 offices, that closed in excess of $187 billion in real estate transactions in 2006.
